Appointments
We know your time is important, so we run our office on an appointment basis. Except in the case of an emergency, we ask that you call in advance to schedule a time; often we can schedule your appointment for the same day you call. It is in your best interest to see your physician whenever you come to AFP; however, since our family of physicians functions as a group, you and your family have the option of seeing any one of our physicians or physician assistants should your physician be delayed by an emergency. If you need to cancel an appointment, call our office 24 hours in advance to let us know. This will allow us to schedule another patient who does need to be seen that day.
